1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 578jili platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published by 578jili from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the 578jili Platform. Accessing the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 578jili with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 578jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR oversight.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of online casino services is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You are not a national of, nor are you located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

578jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. False declarations of eligibility may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming services on 578jili, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) 578jili account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or connected accounts — whether in your own name or using third-party details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice or refund.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 578jili login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 578jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security. 3.4 KYC Verification. 578jili may at any time request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) including, without limitation, a government-issued photo ID (SSS, UMID, passport, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.5 Account Currency. All transactions on the 578jili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. 578jili is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4 Deposits

4.1 Accepted Methods. 578jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash deposit, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and Coins.ph. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 50 (Fifty Philippine Pesos) unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion. 578jili reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 578jili account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Crypto deposits are credited upon network confirmation. 578jili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that are not subject to any third-party claims. Deposits sourced from illegal activities, fraud, or third-party accounts will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authority.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. 578jili may reject deposits and reverse funds at its sole discretion where third-party payment is suspected.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests are available to fully verified accounts in good standing. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 578jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per calendar day; refer to the Cashier section for current applicable limits.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. 578jili aims to process all approved withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee specific processing times in all circumstances.

5.4 Same Payment Method. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 578jili reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods for operational or compliance reasons.

5.5 Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw while an active wagering requirement is pending may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.

5.6 Right to Withhold. 578jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for up to thirty (30) days where fraud, money laundering, regulatory compliance, or security investigation is suspected. Affected players will be notified of any such delay.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

6.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 578jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be specified in the promotion details. 578jili reserves the right to modify wagering requirements on promotional offers at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) wagering bonus funds exclusively on games or outcomes with a risk-free mathematical outcome; (c) participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players; (d) providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

6.4 Expiry. All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Unclaimed, unexpired bonuses that remain inactive beyond the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The 578jili welcome deposit bonus is available to each new player once only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. Creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional welcome bonuses constitutes fraud.

7 Gameplay Rules & Game Integrity

7.1 RNG Certification. All casino games on the 578jili Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by 578jili or by players. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over extended play cycles.

7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a system error, connectivity failure, or software malfunction that affects game outcome, 578jili reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager placed. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 578jili Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or live betting markets.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or any other activity that conceals the origin of funds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider after completing transactions on 578jili.

578jili cooperates with the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in connection with suspected criminal activity on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 578jili Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 578jili or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 578jili.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

578jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. 11 Responsible Gaming

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 578jili's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 578jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 578jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of the Platform or any game outcomes.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By 578jili. 578jili may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; (e) regulatory instruction or court order; (f) any other reason that 578jili reasonably determines poses a risk to the Platform or its players.

13.2 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting 578jili's live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 14 — shall continue in full force.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the 578jili Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of 578jili, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation with 578jili's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or a competent Philippine court.

14.3 Language. This Agreement is executed in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

15 Amendments to These Terms

578jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 578jili will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered contact information.

Your continued use of the 578jili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2.
