This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by 578jili through: (a) the 578jili website at https://578jili.onl; (b) the 578jili mobile-optimised platform; (c) live chat and email communications with our support team; and (d) any other channels through which 578jili interacts with players and prospective players in the Philippines.

5 Data Sharing & Disclosure
578jili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Processors: Transaction data is shared with GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other payment service providers solely to facilitate financial transactions you initiate.

- Regulatory Authorities: 578jili may be required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or law enforcement agencies in response to lawful requests, court orders, or regulatory obligations.

6 Data Retention

10 Minors & Age Restriction
The 578jili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. 578jili does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
If 578jili discovers or is notified that personal data of a person under 21 years of age has been collected — whether through misrepresentation during registration or any other means — the relevant account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authority.

11 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Certain service providers that process data on behalf of 578jili — including cloud infrastructure providers and game content studios — may be located outside the Philippines.
